it’s a sleek dress that i’m wearing to prom my shoes are sandles that are flat and black, but dressy looking. the dress goes down to my feet and its strapless, the part of the dress that covers the boobs is black and then after that it’s black with a white flower print. what colors and type of accessories should i use with it? pictures would be helpful.
Black and White is like canvas and the choices are endless. But, given that you are wearing it to the prom, you want the accessories to look classy and rich.
Go for:
- A single big stone pendant instead of a heavy necklace,
- long, thin, stone studded earrings
- a big stone ring.
- a satin clutch that is not too heavily embellished.
Choose deep jewel tones like purple, dark green or crimson red for jewelry and clutch.
In my opinion, silver, black or white stones get too predictable and won’t help you stand out.

just buy jewelery that matches with it. or a nice hair and or clip, something that matches with it, it doesnt have to include all the colours from ur outfit it could just be one colour, or it could be the complete opposite colour something excentric or fun!!!

bright yellow on top and normal orange on bottom

light green would look very pretty & cottage-y. This is the color scheme that my folks have in their guest bedroom. the comforter is white with small yellow, blue & green flowers. the furniture set is dark wood. it looks very welcoming.
