Any good sites for performance parts and accessories for a Volkswagen GTI 1.8L turbo? Thanks.

You can go on the largest VW forums too and find a whole bunch of others.. www.vwvortex.com

And if you’re going to ‘chip’ the car, I recommend GIAC, APR, or Unitronics.

Can I mail a 7h x 7w x 5d cm cell phone accessory in an envelope?

It’s a small lightweight stuffed animal that’s a cell phone accessory/keychain. I want to mail it in a 6" x 9.5" manila envelope. If I can mail it like this, can I use regular stamps? How do I know how many stamps to put on depending on the weight? Thanks in advance!

You can use regular stamps but you will need to have it weighed to get the right amount. Don’t use a regular envelope. It will screw up the postal machinery. Put it in a strong, padded envelope so that it won’t bust through when they run it through the roller machines.

When shopping for clothes and accessories, do you go for trendy or practical?

I always have to have the basics: Jeans, tanktops, t-shirts, and tennis shoes. But once I have those, I go for the trendy.

Ladies and guys what are your favorite accessories?

as far as the trends go, i’m feeling the long beaded necklaces
the thick belts
ballet flats
hobo purses
hoop/chandelier earrings

What up w/ outdating cell phones and the accessories so quickly?

I’ve had everything from a Razor, Blackberry, to even Cingular/ATT first iTune compatible phone and nothing has been as reliable or resilient as the Samsung phone I bought 2 years ago, it had just been put out when I bought it and my other phones had decided to just stop working. All I wanted was a charger for it and they keep trying to sell me something ‘better’ since mine is SO old yet they still sell Razor like they’re the best phone ever. The phone I have now has more applications and capabilities than the Razor has yet no one carries it or the accessories anymore. What the H-E-double hockey stick?!

THEY WANT YOUR MONEY
ALWAYS UPGRADEING
ALWAYS CHANGING
YES THE OLD PHONES ARE BETTER AND THEY KNOW THAT
THATS WHY THEY WANT TO GET RID OF THEM AND GIVE YOU JUNK
REMEMBER
THE BAG PHONES THEY NEVER MESSED UP

Does anyone know where I can get cute accessories for my car?

It’s so hard to find cute, girly stuff, like seat covers, steering wheel covers, CD holders, etc… By the way I’m a 22-year-old secretary. I’ve looked at Target, online car accessory stores, and still nothing! And by ‘cute’ I mean urban, ‘edgy’ designs; think "Urban Outfitters" in your car.

I’ve seen a lot of cute stuff for cars at Hot Topic.

Android and Me Product Review – Body Glove Case For the G1

Posted by admin on August 27th, 2009 and filed under body glove accessories | 1 Comment »

In this video we take a look at the Body Glove snap-on rubber case for the G1. Right away I was impressed with the build quality. Most rubber cases are floppy and have trouble staying on the phone, but this thing is strong and surprisingly rigid. It snaps on with ease and feels like its going to stay on.

It comes with interchangeable pieces for the back, where you can attach a belt clip (which can also double as a kickstand). If you don’t want the clip, you can pop the button and insert a blank, leaving the back of the phone flat and smooth.

The case has nice gaps just where you need them (around the buttons, the bottom port, the camera and speaker) and doesn’t really get in the way of phone use, but still feels present enough to lend some protection. The textured rubber also feels as good as it looks. The case provides amazing grip and feels great in your hand.

The only downside I could find was the belt clip kickstand could’ve been a bit sturdier, but I don’t plan to use the case with the clip so that’s of minor concern to me.

If you are looking for a sturdy, attractive case for your G1 that won’t slip off or get in the way of normal use, the Body Glove snap-on rubber case just might be the ticket.
