i intend to wear a short flair prom dress with a shawl to cover my flabby arms.. it will be strapless and i intend to wear a necklace with a large pendant to draw attention to my cleavage.. are these accessories enough?

yes..don’t over do it..u dont want to look like a christmas tree! (at most a small and unfussy pair of earrings)

yes, that’s perfect, just be sure the necklace isn’t too large, actually i think a smaller pendant would work because it would fall between your cleavage and perople would notice it more.

yes, and maybe some simple but elegant earrings. it sounds like you’ll look beautiful. just remember if you are wearing the shawl to hide a body part you are uncomfortable with that it is hard to keep a shawl on all night… especially if you intend to dance.
if you have time, prom is in the spring, start working on those arms. or if you haven’t yet got the dress, maybe get a dress that will cover your upper arms and then you can relax, dance, and have fun.
hope that wasn’t too much more of an answer than you were looking for.
