most distributers.require you to be a license business and some require you to have a certain amount of stock..

i got a hurricane muffler, its one of those cheap, square-ish ones, but its not at the end of the exhaust, its like 2meters down, will that have to come off?
no exhaust tip will make your car louder or faster.
I was made redundant last week and my ex employer will not pay me the monies (£12k) we previously agreed in a signed compromise agreement contract. This is because part of the agreement was that I should return the mobile phone and accessories to my ex employer. I have duly posted the phone back in a parcel, but it has been lost in the post. My ex employer is saying that they will not pay me the £12k until they get the phone back.
I believe the postal rule of contract applies here and I have already faxed my ex-employer a copy of the receipt from the post office which is my proof of posting. I did not use recorded deliver and I wish I had. They are still not willing to pay me the money and as they are a large banking organisation I am really fed up with the pettiness of this action.
Now I think i need to start preparing to go court for specific performance of the compromise agreement.
I am not a solicitor so I will have to DIY this. Where can I find help any guidance on the internet? as I am not sure whether this can be dealt with at the small claims court?
Can anyone point me in the right direction?
I have 2 degrees – one in law – but I never did the legal practise course which covers court proceedings – so I’m no fool on law – I just want a link to the procedures to follow!
No i did not send the parcel by Recorded delivery or special delivery. Parcel post has been a reliable service to date for other parcels I have sent in 7 days proceeding – from the same post office.
Definitely get a solicitor. Do you have a witness that you sent it? Get a written affidavit from them that is notified by a notary.

just a new cool air intake and a decent exhaust will give your car a boost… not a huge amount, but defs enuff to feel!!

Ok soo I just got my scion xb, its a 2009 with all stock internals meaning engine and springs and what not. I got alot of accessories like spoilers and ect…. anything on the outside, or inside the car, minus performance parts. anyways people keep asking me how much horse power does it have and engine type and all these technical questions. Im getting the car tuesday (next week) and idk anything about cars really. how does this car compare to my old car (Grand am SE 2001)? I dont understand if 158 horsepower is good or bad or better than my grandam HELP!
ahh yes forgot to mention they are both automatic and yes both are 4 cylinders
If your old Grand am was a 4 cylinder (and I believe all SE’s were), the xB is a little quicker (better power to weight ratio and better transmission whether both are sticks or automatics).

This really isn’t from scratch, it’s just like buying a snap together model kit.
From what i can tell, yes, you will need that kit, along with a battery and charger, and rear grip.
There is no reason for a metal retractable stock to exist, especially for airsoft guns considering there aren’t even any made for real AR-15 variants.
