How to tell what a good motherboard is?

Hello,

I have been searching for the last couple of days find the best cheapest gaming computer. But I don’t know anything about motherboards so hear is my question.

is about the same other than a few things up in only single digits, does it really make that much of a difference?
Also how important is the SATA 3Gb/s and how big of a jump is 5 to 6 GB/s. And how important is the SATA RAID?

Digits do matter and if your sata drive is 3gb thats good any faster is not really needed. take alook at my specs:
