It seems to me you want to buy wholesale for resale in your own shop.
For that you need to contact the manufacturers, not the retail stores others have listed here.
Make it a point to get to NY for the trade shows and get lists of the manufacturers and see their lines, and then contact them on the web.
You will need to come to NY at least once to make your contacts. They may need minimum orders, or make other restrictions, it helps to have a good relationship with them too and you can see what the quality is before you buy.

A great pace to go is: MALLOFAMERICA.COM it is the mall of america, and it have a list of all their stores. You could then go to their stores.
Good ones are American Eagle, of course.
Hollister,
Pac Sun,
Vanity (although I don’t think thy are online),
Express,
Charlotte Russe,
Foxracing.com,(their clothing section)
forever 21,
Gap,
Maurices,
Aeropostale (although not my fav),
The buckle (very spendy),
Abercrombie and Fitch,
Fossil,
Victoria Secret(they always have great sales, especially on their PINK collection),
Urban Outfitters,
Delias,
Heritage 1981,
and Wet Seal.
Hopefully I named somethings that you are looking for. Although If you have the type of Boutique that I am thinking. The kind I love to find. You are a nearby clothing store that is far away from any Malls, that would carry brand name prducts.
I would like to suggest a few things that are always fun to find. First…Hoodies with the name of the town, and Roxy will make those for you. Also some good brand names that are guarentted to sell are Calvin Klein/POLO, Lucky Brand, Roxy, and FOX( from foxracing.com). Also sweat outfits from the Victoria Secret Pink Collection are HUGE!!!!!
I am the right person to ask, I have 46 feet f hanging space, and those little hole in the wall boutiques are my Fav. Cause you never know what to expect!!!! Good Luck!!!! References :

I absolutely love Aeropostale.com and OldNavy.com. Abercrombie.com is also one of my favorites, as is juicycouture.com, bloomingdales.com, (juicy and bloomingdales if you can afford it – not that cheap or at wholesale prices). I also LOVE forever21.com. Also like revolveclothing.com for cheap brands.
Hope I helped!
